Following the performance, the mop is transformed into rods of “color bar”. These bars are then used to apply "color" through a traditional process called Overlay onto functional pieces. Each bar is archived and labeled according to the date and location from which the dirt/dust was collected. Unused bars are stored for future use.

Color bars are subsequently encased in clear glass to create sets of functional tableware utilized for serving food and dining. The dining set is made by encasing the dirt glass between two layers of clear glass. This makes it safe and suitable for holding food.

A self-referential purification ritual. A reflection on ingrained notions, bias and subjectivity. A reminder of essence.
